- Birth injury and cerebral palsy
Our solicitors have experiencing in dealing with cases where a child has been injured during birth. This is usually as a result of a lack of oxygen during birth and results in a baby suffering from severe disabilities.

We can assist throughout the legal process and the aftermath of litigation. This can involve dealing with setting up case managers to assist with care and for securing funding for rehabilitation and further treatment.
