Non-contentious matters
A well drafted construction contract will reduce the risk of disputes.  When a dispute cannot be avoided we can help to resolve it before lengthy and costly proceedings become inevitable by proactive contract drafting at the outset.

We are familiar with all major forms of standard construction documentation including the JCT and NEC forms and the major consultancy agreements (RIBA, RICS) and understand the security and other forms of protection required by Funders and Purchasers.
