Friendly, efficient staff will help you with all problems arising from a marriage or partnership breakdown. We can advise you about divorce and separation procedure, sorting out financial matters and dealing with arrangements concerning children, such as contact. Divorce or the breakdown of a relationship can be a traumatic and emotionally draining experience for all parties involved and we aim to provide a sympathetic service with a view to easing the stress and upset of attempting to resolve as many matters as possible with your partner or spouse.

We fully support the concept of mediation within matrimonial proceedings. Mediation aims to reduce conflict and stress following a relationship breakdown. Parties are encouraged to attempt to agree as many points as possible following marriage or partnership breakdown with a view to minimising costs, stress and the duration of proceedings. Many matters, such as finances and issues relating to the children of the partnership can be dealt with effectively by mediation.

If some conflicts remain unresolved after all suitable negotiation and mediation has been exhausted, we will guide you through the court process and achieve fair and satisfactory Orders with the assistance of the Judges.
