The Civil Partnership Act 2005 allows same-sex couples to enter into civil partnerships. To minimise the unfortunate circumstances of a relationship breakdown we advise same-sex couples about pre-partnership agreements to protect and clarify the division of assets. We are also able to act in the dissolution of civil partnerships as well as deal with any issues which may arise in relation to financial aspects of the breakdown as well as the care of any children of the relationship.
