PFCT Investment Philosophy
PFCT funds are invested in indivual stocks and bonds, mutual funds, CDs and
other income-producing financial products. We follow a primarily
buy-and-hold strategy, with minimal turnover except for occasional
rebalancing of the portfolio. We believe in holding through the ups and
downs of the markets, and focus on the income produced by the principal,
rather than the day-to-day value of the securities. We believe this
approach will ensure a relatively stable income stream for grants, despite
market fluctuations.

Prospective Grantees
At each grant-awarding session through 2006, the PFCT will issue 1
large grant ($750 - 1500), 1 or 2 medium grants ($300 - 500) and/or 2 or more small
grants ($100 - 200). Please share your comments
with the Board regarding the grant prospects below.
Inclusion of an individual or organization on this list is not necessarily
an endorsement of every aspect of the prospective grantee's activities,
methods or beliefs. PFCT grants are project oriented
and may be awarded to grantees despite our disagreement on other
matters.

Family Research Institute
FRI continues to produce some of the best science-based data in opposition to the homosexual agenda. It is a project-oriented organization. A grant would support the latest project.

|
The Constitutional Coalition
The Constitutional Coalition holds an annual educational conference in St Louis, MO that is perhaps the best of its kind in the nation from a pro-family perspective. It is multi-issue but usually has a strong pro-family speaker. ATM Presdient Scott Lively is a past speaker. A grant would go to help this worthy organization hold its 2008 conference. No website but Google "Constitutional Coalition" for info

ATM In-House Proposed Project
Journalistic Integrity Project. Media bias in favor of the homosexual agenda is commonplace among "mainstream" media (except Fox News). We would like to know how many reporters who cover "gay"-related stories are homosexuals themselves, and what the policy is of media organizations about allowing people to cover stories in which they have a vested interest in how the public will be influenced by the way the story is covered. The PFCT would give a grant to help fund such a project.

Culture and Family Institute
The CFI is a pro-family division of Concerned Women for America, formerly headed by veteran activist Robert Knight. We are considering an "Encouragement Grant" to CFI in recognition of the tremendous contribution this group has made to the pro-family movement.
