Anton qualified as a Solicitor in June 2008 having previously undertaking his training within the firm.

Anton has particular expertise in acting for developers in commercial, residential and industrial development. This includes the acquisition of potential development sites and the drafting and advising on terms of option agreements, conditional contracts and overage provisions.

He has acted for a number of developers in acquiring properties for sub-division into flats, setting up standard leasehold documentation and management company structures. Anton also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease terms and the assignment of commercial leases.

Anton has particular expertise in the field of Islamic finance in relation to house purchases. He has undertaken transactions using the principles of Diminishing Musharaka and Ijara and has dealt with all the major providers of Sharia compliant finance.

He also undertakes all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity; including conveyancing for high net worth clients.

Outside of work Anton enjoys rock climbing and mountaineering; playing cricket and football. He also enjoys outdoor holidays and has recently converted his wife to a camping enthusiast.
