Ann has worked in the Profession since leaving school and has in excess of 25 years experience in the Conveyancing field. Ann qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1994 at about the time she joined McMillan Williams. Ann was originally assigned to the firm's Streatham Office but, six months later, transferred to New Addington and has been there ever since.

Ann deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, both freehold and leasehold including Right to Buy and Assisted Private Purchase Grant Schemes. Ann has considerable experience of shared ownership and DIYSO transactions, as well as some commercial conveyancing.

Outside of work, Ann enjoys the occassional game of golf, and reading.
