Chris is one of our specialist family lawyers and handles Divorce with associated disputes relating to finances, property and children arising from relationship break-down] as well as disputes between unmarried couples and private children work, residence and contact applications.
He has had a varied practice since he qualified in the early 1970s, working for a time in Hong Kong where he married before returning to the UK in 1980. He has two daughters and enjoys living close to the South Downs.
He has in the past handled complex and high value commercial litigation, as well as high value divorce cases, both in side and outside London. He wanted to specialize in family work because it is more interesting and where he can help people through one of the most stressful events that can occur in life. Chris joined McMillan Williams in March 2004 and works from our Coulsdon office.
His hobbies include hill-walking, visiting historical sites, kite-flying and swimming in the sea.
