Chris is a Family Lawyer specialising in the following areas:-
- Divorce;
- Associated disputes arising from divorce relating to finances, property and children;
- Disputes between unmarried couples;
- Private children work including applications for residence and contact.
He has had a varied practice since he qualified in 1973, working for a time in Hong Kong where he married before returning to the UK in 1980. He has two daughters and enjoys living close to the South Downs in West Sussex.
He has in the past handled complex and high value commercial litigation as well as high value divorce cases both inside and outside London. He specialised in family work because he finds it interesting and believes he can assist his Clients through one of the most stressful events that can occur in life. Chris joined McMillan Williams in March 2004 and works from the Wallington office.
He hobbies include hill walking, visiting historical sights, kite flying and swimming.
