She joined McMillan Williams in September 2004 as a paralegal in the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Department. She obtained her Training Contract in September 2005 and qualified into the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Department in September 2007.
She studied for her Law Degree at Hertfordshire University and completed her LPC at the College of Law in Guildford. During her Training Contract Elise completed seats in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, Family and Private Client.
Outside of work Elise enjoys horse riding and mountain biking.
