Helena attained her law degree at Queen Mary Westfield College, University of London and completed her Law Society Finals at the College of Law in Guildford. Post qualification she developed a keen interest in criminal law and has specialized in criminal litigation for the last 10 years. |

Helena was Head of the Criminal Department at Carpenter & Co. and joined the Wallington office of McMillan Williams in 2008. She undertakes both publicly and privately funded work and has a broad range of experience in all aspects of criminal practice from indictable only offences such as murder, rape, kidnap and robbery through to summary only and road traffic matters. |

Helena is a duty solicitor on the Sutton, Croydon, Wimbledon and Kingston schemes and is well known at local police stations and courts. |
