John Dyball
Clinical Negligence
John Dyball is a consultant with McMillan Williams and has been with the firm since 2001. Formerly a partner at Scrivenger Seabrook, John has extensive experience of clinical negligence work both from claimant and defendant perspective. John was described in the 2001 edition of The Legal 500 as “(an) innovative dealmaker with acknowledged expertise in complex and high value clinical negligence cases”. Publications include the Dyball/Simons model for fast-track medical negligence litigation in “The Litigator” (1996) and he also assisted the Lord Woolf medical negligence working party. Outside of work, John enjoys contemporary French cinema, exotic holidays, his horses and other animals at his home in Cambridgeshire, and speaks fluent Russian.
