Justin qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and specialises in:
- Criminal Litigation and Actions against the Police.
He is also a fully accredited police station representative and has been advising people at the police station since 2003.
Justin completed his training contract at a specialist criminal law firm in Tottenham. Justin obtained LLB Honours in Law at Northampton University and completed his LPC at the College of Law, Guildford.
Justin is a young energetic and dynamic lawyer. He brings enthusiasm and vitality to the department. Justin particularly enjoys advocacy and has a keen interest in drug offences and youth crime.
Justin has a proven track record for representing defendants charged with offences of violence. Since joining McMillan-Williams he has secured acquittals for defendants in a number of cases ranging from common assault to GBH. He has also conducted a small number of trials in the magistrates’ and youth court and is considering applying for higher rights of audience.
Justin enjoys training at the gym, watching football and playing poker.
