She undertakes all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Joanne has particular expertise in Islamic Finance/Shariah conveyancing and has undertaken transactions dealing with all the major providers of Islamic Home Finance including Islamic Bank of Britain and HSBC Amanah.

With her knowledge of Islamic Inheritance laws she is able to advise her clients on Shariah compliant/Islamic Wills.

Joanne recognises the importance of giving her clients a fast, efficient and personal service during what can be stressful times; whether it is the sale or purchase of your home, dealing with the probate of a loved one or making the difficult decisions when drawing up your Will.

Outside of work Joanne takes every opportunity to travel abroad visiting countries all over the world. She is a keen cook and regularly hosts dinner parties for her friends and family.
