Clinical Negligence
Jane is a specialist clinical Negligence Solicitor. She is a member of The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel of specialist Clinical Negligence practitioners and also of the AVMA referral panel of approved solicitors undertaking Clinical Negligence work. She is also a member of the AVMA lawyers’ resource service and support group as well as the APIL Clinical Negligence and Brain Injury Special Interest Groups.
Jane has many articles to her credit published in both health and legal journals. She is the author of a series of books on clinical negligence. Jane also lectures at several universities at Masters Degree level in Clinical Risk Management.
