John-Paul MacNamara

John-Paul MacNamara (or JP as he is affectionately known) is a Solicitor and member of the Criminal Department, based at our Wallington branch. JP first joined McMillan Williams in September 2005 as a Paralegal and since that time has worked as a police station legal representative and a dedicated caseworker on several high profile cases, a number of which have received coverage in the national press.
JP left McMillan Williams to undertake the Bar Vocational Course, which he completed in 2008. Since returning to the firm he has developed an expanding practice, particularly in the area of white collar crime. He is incredibly popular with clients due to his friendly and personable nature, coupled with his tenacious style of representation.
JP is actively involved with his local church of St Dominic’s, and enjoys singing with the church choir as well as being actively involved with a number of charitable activities. He is also an avid fan of Professional Wrestling and regularly travels to a number of London-based wrestling events.
