Judith Preston-Rouse

A highly experienced commercial lawyer, Judith founded Preston-Rouse & Co in 1987, having previously been a partner with Kingsley Napley, the Director of Legal Services for the Lesser Group of Companies and a partner of Freedman & Co (a firm that specialised in building law as it affects the construction industry, allied trades and professions).
She is an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, on the referral panel of the Chartered Society of Designers and a member of the Law Society Panel of "Lawyers for your Business". For many years Judith was also the intellectual property adviser to the Royal College of Art, dealing with copyright in relation to industrial design, fine art, textiles and motor vehicle design. She is listed in the International Edition of Professional Who's Who.
