Qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and joined the firm in April 2007. Specialises in family law and in particular

Having trained in commercial law in the City, Karen moved into family law in 1989 working for the specialist firm White and Sherwin until joining McMillan Williams. She has considerable experience of all areas of family law and has been a member of the Law Society's Children Panel since 1991.
Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cinema and various sports.
