After completing her training in central London, Maria Christoforou qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined the firm in May 2007.

Maria specialises in the following:

  • Sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, including new builds

  • Drafting and granting of Leases

  • Mortgages and refinance

  • Lease variations

  • Transfers of equity

  • Sale and purchase of properties at auction

  • Repossessions

    • Maria’s clients are diverse and range from high net worth clients, businesses, developers to first time buyers and the elderly. Maria provides a friendly and personal service to clients and tries to make each transaction as stress free as possible.

    Most of Maria’s free time is spent with her two young children, but her other interests include cooking and entertaining, travelling and spending time with friends.
