Nick joined McMillan Williams in 2006, having since 1997 been working at the NHS Litigation Authority as a Case Manager Team Leader and latterly as manager of the Authorities Small Claims Unit in Croydon.

After completing his degree in 1985 he worked in a general high street practice in Sussex for five years dealing with a range of personal injury, matrimonial and general civil litigation matters. Following a period working as a healthcare risk management consultant, during which he qualified as a risk manager in 1993, in 1995 he began working for the MDU before joining the NHSLA.

Between 1997 -1999 he successfully completed the Legal Practice Course.

Nick is a keen sports player who still enjoys a game of rugby although he now finds it a little easier watching his 3 young sons playing instead.
