Qualified as a solicitor in 2006, specialises in:
- Clinical Negligence
- Medical Ethics and Patient Rights
Shivi joined the firm as a paralegal in the Clinical Negligence Department in July 2004. On qualification Shivi worked at a City firm specialising in clinical negligence before returning to McMillan Williams in March 2007.
Shivi continues to specialise in clinical negligence and also has a specialist practice in Medical Ethics and Patient Rights.
